Christophe Renou sogna la pasticceria già nella tenera età tra le grandi tavolate di famiglia, e nel tempo si immagina già con la famosa giacca dal colletto blu, bianco e rosso. A volte i sogni diventano realtà e nel 2015, dopo due anni di allenamento sotto la guida di Christophe Michalak e Yann Brys, il pasticcere di Anjou diventa Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier (M.O.F.)

Christophe Renou began dreaming about pastry in his early years among the big family tables, and through the years he started wondering himself with the famous pastry suit with the blue, white and red collar. Sometimes dreams become reality and in 2015, after two years of training under the guidance of Christophe michalak and Yann Brys, the pastry chef from Anjou becomes a true M.O.F.
