question, isn't the reply back from the router's loopback to the inside network shouldn't work? since the default behavior of the asa is from lower security level going to high security level is denied by default? inside network security level is 100 while outside has 0

Hello, I follow the instruction but it's not possible to ping from inside to outside ... The icmp do PC0 =>ASA (NAT) => R0 => ASA and then the error message : The ASA does not allow any traffic from a lower security interface to a higher security interface unless it is explicitly permitted by an extended access list. Can you explain why ?

Gerald Irvin it’s dynamically assigned so it’ll be randomly pulled from the ISP router as long as dhcp is configured correctly on the router (at least that’s what I gathered from this)
