Ingredients:
- Steamed bun cake flour mix
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 onion
- 200g char siu
- 180ml (150ml + 30ml) chicken stock
- 10g corn starch
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- Spoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pepper (to liking)
