The "lume" is clearly indicated to be "loom" in the subtitles. "Loom" is a device for making cloth from threads. Reminds me of that video about Guizhong, where Adepti compare their inventions, and Guizhong Ballista wins over Cloud Retainer's loom. I wonder if that was the first concept of Loom of Fate, since Guizhong Ballista wasn't really a ballista.
