Imo, the prison realm is very misunderstood and I blame the anime translation or the original writers for it. The way I see it, a literal minute has to pass for someone to be captured, someone getting a flashback isn't enough. It worked for Gojo only because his mind was physically sped up by his technique. Remembering a lot of stuff in a second wouldn't proc it imo Gege is very technical when it comes down to this kind of stuff, and "I have such a fast flashback" doesn't really fit his style.

Probably, in the last arc Yuki was the strongest in the good guys as Gojo wasn't there, and she got bisected in half, though unlike Gojo she stood her even when she got halved, forming the strongest attack we've seen in jjk. I can definitely see the pattern now, every special grades just got halved, thank god Yuta didn't die. (Excluding Geto as we didn't know how he died, and he's not on the good side either)
