Sukuna also combined the Snake into Nue as a totality. Megumi most likely didn't do this because it would've vastly increased its cursed energy cost

Sukunas Nue is actually a totality of the snake and Nue because of 2 reasons, 1. the snake is dead meaning one of the shikigame should have its powers, 2. it looks completely different from MEgumis, like it has a tail, different face structure, and of course its massive size. Sure user matters but don't think it can become that big just by user being stronger.

Somewhat interchangable. Let’s remember Garuda was mainly used alongside yuki’s technique and mainly doesn’t do much on its own. Whereas even the simpler and weaker shikigami in the ten shadows like demon dogs don’t need to rely on much Plus there’s fused shinigami like agito who’s not just physically powerful but has electricity too.

Mahoraga is the strongest out of all due to its adaptation, but I do agree that Garuda takes the raw power. One of the reasons I think Yuki can also one shot Mahoraga is due to her attack to Kenny's special grade curse. Imbuing Garuda with mass and using it as a projectile can theoretically one shot any curse as per Kenjaku's statement, I think it can also one shot Mahoraga if it was hit in the head.

Rabbit escape isn’t fully indestructible. There is a primary rabbit whom all the other rabbits are spawned from and if dies is considered death for the shikigami’s. This rabbit has a marker on its belly, it’s just not likely anyone normal can pull the feat off anyway.

To this day it is still uncertain if Rikas Husk is a Shikigami or a Cursed Spirit or both. We have numerous statements that she is a Shikigami, yet in Yutas last fight we see Sukuna Cleave one of her arms only for her to reconstruct it like a Cursed Spirit woukd. We see no steam coming off so its not RCT. So what is she, we have no clue😩

I think Shinigami operate the same way, not needing RCT. Rika seems more like a cursed spirit in the movie (since there's a presence there), but a Shikigami afterwards.

mahoraga regeneration and durabiliry is insane he can instanly heal from sukuna slashes even from his domain in the manga he only need 1 spin to adapt but in the anime he need few spin to completely adapt and still can walk through sukuna domain like its nothing

One thing I’d like to say about Agito is that, though Agito was shown to be weak compared to sukuna/maho, Agito isn’t really at all weak, because like mentioned Round Deers RCT is good for healing, but another thing it’s can do is disrupt CT(ex: yorozu’s bug armour falling apart after sukuna summoned round deer) so gives an idea that if Agito last any longer than she did in the manga, she probably would have caused more trouble for gojo.

It seems like there's only three attacks in the series that can kill Maho in one hit, Jacob's ladder(debatable since Sukuna tanked a maximum output version), Furnace and Hollow Purple. I know there's some people that argue that Rika's love beam can one hit kill it but Sword of Extermination is imbued with positive energy and I can see Maho either already being immune to positive energy or blocking the beam with his sword and starting his adaptation then.

Not my idea, credits to the guy who came up with it but its good so im gonna talk about it. Megumi, or any other recent 10 shadows user couldve just exorcised mahoraga by putting piercing bull on a treadmill, making it gain a ton of power by letting it run for a few days, then summoning the big guy and letting bull kill it in 1 attack with its built up power. Since its one attack theres no adapting to it and bull would be able to get enough speed to kill it eventually.
