Thank you so much for the review!! I’m loving it! I can’t get over how improved my skin is after wearing it. I had some small veins on my chin that I just couldn’t seem to cover, they’re almost gone now! My redness is mostly gone. My skin loves this foundation! I’m use Dawn 2w1, and love it. Surprisingly it is lighter than 1w2.

I love Estée Lauder. I have dry skin but I moisturize before the double wear and I love it. It’s the only brand that doesn’t make me breakout or have an allergic reaction. This is a must have foundation for me. Glad it’s also sold at Macy’s.

We have the same skin tone, as well as pretty clear, yet uneven skin, so this is so helpful as finding a good foundation with the right shade is a nightmare. I watched your video on the new Chanel one first, and when you said this was still your favorite, I checked this out. Well, I can see why. You look like a porcelain doll with this stuff. I’m sold! Being combo, I love this foundation so much! It wears so beautifully throughout the day. I'm impressed. Hopefully the spf doesn't break me out either. I bought the shade ecru and it's perfect. I like it better than the fenty hydrating foundation color wise and formula wise too. 😊

Hi Mel, if smone wants to bump up the coverage on this it could be mixed with the ELDW full coverage foundation (just a drop) if someone has hyperpigmentation or acne spots, etc... It sounds like a great mixing foundation. Also, it sounds like a real winner for spring/summer this year. I'll be giving it a try for sure. 💜💜

Your skin looks beautiful, Mel! Absolutely flawless! I wonder if Estee Lauder is test marketing this foundation with Sephora? They used to sell their Nutritious line exclusively through Nordstrom! I love Estee Lauder! I've been using their skincare products for decades! I've been using the Re-Nutriv line, including their radiant foundation, which has nice hydration! I wear 3C2 Pebble, which is perfect on my untanned skin(4C3 Soft Tan if I get tan), but at 58 years of age, I definitely need the hydration! This would be a much less expensive alternative!

Good review, Mel. I am curious to compare with my EL Perfectionist Serum Makeup. I suspect it will replace Perfectionist. I enjoy a medium coverage, radiant finish that lasts and won't melt off.

It looked so good the other day (when you were doing the wear test). Looking great in this video. EL Doublewear Fresh foundation has SPF, that doesn't bother my dry/sensitive skin. Still mad they changed the Doublewear light version. That was one of my faves. Thank-you for the wear test/demo. ❤🐞

Mel! I tried this today and although I totally agree that it gives you a gorgeous finish I had some issues. For me it felt heavy and I got a little itchy like you did with the byterri foundation. And then I felt like the fragrance was so overpowering. Do you have any good foundation recommendations? I have normal to dry skin and pretty good skin texture so I like a light to medium every day foundation. Please help! I am obsessing over this now and I want to get something for the sephora VIB sale :D

I am definitely more combo/oily, depending on the weather, but this looks really nice and I’m interested. I do break out when foundations have chemical sunscreens in them and this one does, so that’s a bummer. But I believe so does the Shisheido and I love that one. Looks so good on you Mel 🥰🥰
