Completed 10000km skoda kushaq 1 ltr manual Tested it's performance and mileage at all level some important I want to share are as follows 1. City traffic in Chandigarh mileage 12-13 kmpl normal drive hard + light foot 2. City traffic Chandigarh 14 -15 kmpl light foot and soft drive. 3. Chandigarh to Salasar Balaji Rajasthan 90-100 speed limit given 17 kmpl fully loaded family trip 4. Chandigarh to Rewari and back via 152 d expressway speed 120-140 covered 320 km in exactly 4 hours non stop Give 14.5 kmpl 5. Chandigarh to kurukshetra morning time speed 70-80 given amazing mileage of 25 kmpl with 2 occupation. If anyone is telling skoda is not for mileage it's not true. Very happy since last 8 months happy and safe drive Also tested it's top speed that is 198kmph. Feel very confident upto 120 kmph after that u have to be fully conscious on road very stable upto 140 kmph

I have 1.0 AT ambition. Recently I got mileage of 19.2 kmpl at cruise speed of 115 kmph on Samrudhi expressway whole stretch (approx 600km). We were two persons in the car with dicky full of luggage. I had maintained Nitrogen at 33 psi in all tyres and AC ON all the time.

I own Slavia1.5 DSG. It gives 22-24KMPL at 72KMPH using Cruise control (in 7th gear) on highway. Set cruise at 72, take car at speed of 80 in 7th gear and then switch on the cruise. It will take car speed at 72, but gear will be 7th. It will deliver best mileage. Try it.

12:08 A Lava Blue Edition has been introduced recently, both in 1.0 (which I bought) and 1.5 DSG. This particular edition gets back all the features that were removed from standard Slavia. 10 inch screen with wireless connection, subwoofer, Skoda Sound branded music system. It also comes with few accessories included in the price like Edition badge, puddle lamp, front chrome garnish and more. But I still feel giving these features only in a particular edition is huge miss from the Skoda especially when Virtus has got them (not the sub woofer). 8 inch screen is still usable, in fact it is more fluid. But the biggest miss is wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple Carplay.

Skoda,VW cars are for those who r living in a city where skoda service centre is present.. Just Imagine if anyone living in a district,town where service centre doesn't exist or is 100-150+ kms away and bought vw/skoda car and facing EPC,AC,brake noise etc issues..Its a nightmare..How much mental pain will be there visiting service centre multiple times.. Sometimes I think I should have waited for slavia/virtus but after seeing issues faced by 2.0 vw car owners... I feel proud that I choose Honda City 5th Gen which is king of Reliability and provides peace of mind ownership experience including safety,good engine, handling, comfort etc

Problem with turbo petrol engines is in stop and go traffic. They tend to run hotter and get lower fuel efficiency as compared to NA. On highway they can give very good fuel efficiency while cruising, because you can have very tall gears due to higher torque available.

I own a 1.5 DSG Kushaq (31000 kms driven) and am regularly getting around 20kmpl on highways and 13-14kmpl in my city, just feel people need time to adapt to the behaviour of this engine & gearbox and then you can extract even better mileage, plus people also need to make sure to not stress the DSG for its long term safety and reliability

But did VW/Skoda resolve these Problems/Issues/Shortcomings reported by customers in Virtus/Slavia? • Rattling and squeaking noise from everywhere • Break noise is apparent in the 1.0 automatic while creeping in b2b traffic, parking and reversing. The brake pads makes a screeching sound and the ABS brings the car to a juddering halt • Jerky brakes. Brakes are not as much activated till a certain time and then they suddenly become too sharp. The breaks makes major noise like screeching and whistling • Aggressive creep function in 1.0 automatic. The acceleration is quite aggressive when parking in tight spots. • AC ineffective and AC cutoff problem • Ac vissiling noise after every 20 sec when driving in a silent atmosphere • Fuel injector issues • consumes engine oil more • EPC error/ Fuel pump malfunction leaving the car stranded on road during trip • Got it towed when it showed ESC & engine error due to loose engine air suction pipe (manufacturing assembly error) • Infotainment system hangs multiple times with a message as 'component protection mode active' • Min 95 octane fuel mandated in the manual which is extremely difficult to find • The discs are very grabby, the car doesn't start creeping forward because of the stuck brakes • MT has issue of clutch pedal sticking to the bottom in excessive usage, mostly on mountains or bumper to bumper traffic • Power window one touch up doesn't work sometimes and it comes down on its own • Auto Gearstick has distinct vibration while braking at high speed (120+) • Transparent/open part of the sun blind making the AC ineffective by letting in sunlight heat • Panel gaps • Exhaust smell coming into cabin when AC in recirculation mode. Outdoor smell coming in despite the AC vent closed or on, painful whenever passing a drain • Piano black on the interior prone to scratches easily • Cabin lamp comes apart and fell down on potholed roads • Rear reading light had fallen off going over rumblers • Lever to open driver side door broke • Grab handle loose/improper fitting (handle came out on co passenger side during the 1st usage) • The cruise buttons in the right switchboard panel of the steering wheel fell off on its own • Noisy windows roll motor • Engine sound inside cabin. if music is not played and road is relatively empty, engine noise is irritating inside cabin • Front ac vents are of cheap quality • Windows roll up/down not working properly • Noisy ventilated seats • Irritating Auto start stop switching off the engine on a speed breaker • Not well done cabin insulation. You hear tyre noise, stones hitting your car underbelly and the engine rev noise. • Gear stick breaking and coming to your hands • Jerky rides on lower gears in DSG. D3-D2 transition is jerky when driven at City speeds, DSG is inherently jerky at city speeds • DSG lag • Wireless charger heating • Erratic Android Auto/Apple CarPlay disconnecting and refusing to connect • Steering alignment issues • No disk breaks at the rear • No physical control for AC needing to take eyes off the road to fiddle with climatronic control • Placement of buttons (lock and auto engine start stop) near gear box is painful to operate for driver. These should have been at right side • No height adjustable seatbelt • No sunglass holder(Virtus) • Smaller size ORVM • Only typeC port available • Less wider seats at the front making it uncomfortable for wider people • Seat which are supposed to be stock seat material, but looks more like after market seat covers. Fit and finish is very poor with lots of wrinkles, lines and loose fitting with exposed zippers, exposed stitching and poor contouring around the creases • Ugly looking rear with an exposed tank, torsion beam(Slavia) • No dynamic guidelines on reverse camera • ESP can't be turned off completely • Low quality/resolution reverse camera • No full fledged highline TPMS • The music audio quality is a let down with no branded audio system in any variants • Uncomfortable back seat recline angle • Low mileage in city • Low quality plastics and cheap materials used for India-spec 2.0 models • Inability of service centre to resolve issues. They are pathetically slow & poor in responding to query

Ravi sir build quality is absolutely well which primarily includes main structure of the car but the sheets n material used for external body are not as strong as old skoda cars!! Maybe light weight material is used for light body weight n better fuel efficiency

Seems like a fantastic car in reviews but as a polo owner I would never buy a VAG car again. The service centres in Gurgaon atleast are absolute cheaters. They deliberately broke AC vents of my brand new car and denied any malpractice. After a lot of argument, said would take no labour charge as a ‘goodwill gesture’. And turns out I am not the only polo owner to go through this. Just stay away from this unethical company (referencing the dieselgate scam)

bhai mai aajtak sochta tha log creta kyu lete hai, last year maine almost sqbhi car chalayi, n smjh gya ki kyu lete hai. VW/Skoda mein jo baat mjhe sahi nahi lagi ki frequent gear change krne padte hai, whereas meri old Santro Xing mein 4th gear mein 30 ki speed se pick ho jata hai, creta b aise hi hai, basically Maruti/Hyundai k engine, aise hi hai. Ya phir 4 Cylinder n 3 Cylinder ka fark hoga. I'm no expert. Petrol mein creta, with ac highway pe 18-20 de deti hai, n w/o ac to 24-26 de deti hai. Of course, pyaar se chalane par, 2000 RPM ki range mein.

I took test drive of Altroz, Nexon and Brezza. First I drive Altroz and then Nexon. I like drivability and power of Nexon and solid build as well. Altroz and Nexon both are 5 star car in safety but but Nexon is 2 times better in build quality then altroz. How? I find that the bonnet of Nexon is much much heavier than Altroz. Altroz is good in its segment but man Nexon is a class and belongs to a different category. Forget Brezza and Grand Vitara. In these cars bonnet weight is same but far less than Nexon. So I count Nexon better then GV. and man engine is also great. I got a smile when I was running this car in 3rd/ fourth gear. You will forget Brezza when you run Nexon. In the last I run Brezza and I dont like anything as I was impressed by Nexon. It was looking like a toy honestly. And clutch is heavy/tight in Brezza which is very light in Nexon. When you drive NExon its seems u r running a machine a respected machine and Brezza is a toy. And the clutch was same in the new Brezza and in test drive vehicle. Forget Brezza. And I think why people still buy Brezza?

I was showcassed on your channel in 2021 with my creta diesel 1.5 Mine shows 870 kms after tank full which is 55 liters Seems a lot bettter, smoothness is like petrol as well pickup in turbo is amazing in 9 seconds as well no low end torque lag.. What else u want... Except 5 star rating but still creta has good build coming from ciaz

"except 5 star rating"? as a consumer, when you are paying 10-12 lacs, companies should definitely focus a hell lot on safety (Even if the price is low, safety should be important, specially in a country with highest road accidents and very poor driving behaviour on roads). Creta's body shell is rated Unstable

@@JasonMaddy i agree, i had earlier ciaz, before that safari storme varicor 400 I was depressed with safari service since day 1. Steering was giving noise... I have uploaded video as well on my channel. Ciaz was 4 star rated so i bought. Anyways apart from ratings, i find creta build quality quite heavy compared to ciaz.. Far better Recently my friend bought grand vitara n he s complaining about build quality which i neva did for new creta
