This is a new platform I am getting used to, it seems to have a few glitches on my iPad but works better on my android phone, it also has a lot of yield possibilities for different cryptos, but if you are worried about any currency falling, just invest in True GDP or True USD and get up to 10% interest by staking for 3 months, which at the end you get your money back and the interest.
All far better ways of having your money earn you more money than leaving it in a savings account in a bank.

mate you should consider making a discord server, or a community where people with back problems like ours can support each other. i had my surgery for cauda equina in november and it would be nice to talk with other people can get some advice and share exercises and offer support for one another.

I reckon your doing pretty well - in all departments - reflex/touch tests should give you a clearer idea as to your weaker sides development, although its a bit weird having them done it will remove a lot of ambiguity by giving a solid referable point going forward
