Learn how to handle a chefs knife and you know how to cut fast. Most of the Cutting Alternatives just destroy the vegetables. Theres a reason why this stuff is only available via Teleshopping. A Professional and passionated Chef would NEVER use most of these tools

The fact is, some of these gadgets are actually very useful for people with specific disabilities such as dexterity issues, but then they just get marketed to the masses who probably don't need a specific tool just for cutting up a banana, making them seem silly.
