I like your remarks about qualities a tour guide must have, however, I would add another important quality that a tour guide have to be aware of,which is how to understand the guests psychological background of travelers. There are different people with different moods such the nurturer, adventurer, organizer and thinker. ...another important element of a tour guide is being able to differentiate between different nationalities cultural background to avoid what we d call a cultural shock.

@@questionc9312 As basic as it sounds you have to learn from the basics. Such as alphabet. In doing this you need to learn just as a five year old in pronouncing the sounds of the letters which may be difficult if your from east Asia but you can do it. I was a foreigner in another country and it did not matter how much of their vocabulary I knew until I learned their dialect they did not know what I was saying even if I learned their language. I first had to become like a child and learn to pronounce the sound of each letter of their alphabet. This will seem tedious but it will be the platform of communication. You can do it. You we much the more better in your communication skills and will flourish in whatever profession you choose.

Coz of criticism, gotta work on myself, communication, psychology ecct, it's not just a simple guide telling stuff, it does take a real big gut, I'm aware of that, dunno where to start, but I looove to start somwhere, so I will. Also I speak many languages. It's going to be an opportunity.
