I had two interviews, on the third interview the guy that was supposed to interview me through Teams App didn't show up. I sent an email to the HR guy and took few days to get an answer and caught me off guard when they told me the new interview was going to be the following day so I accepted it. It was totally unprofessional, got interviewed by an asian cocky guy supposedly a trainer, he did the whole interview while he was driving from his Tesla I think. It felt more like an interrogation session than an interview, kinda aggressive, he said he was filling in for the guy that was supposed to interview me. The way he talked was not professional at all at one point he said he wasn't trying to be mean but I was supposed to know about the refrigeration system, he wanted me to explain in detail on the phone how it works, even though the position was for an internship not an experienced service tech that knows about teslas. He tried to put me down several times saying nobody have time to teach me and I'm supposed to learn really fast during the training and I won't be able to successfully complete the program.

Except that these are only the screening question with the recruiter and then you have like 4 more calls and in person interview with a panel. I wouln't work for tesla, they pay too little and demand too much, there are way better companies out there.
