In s1-2 the show runners introduced us to these complex characters n laid a foundation to know them & so we connected with them n loved them. It was a process. But in Ani's case the change was abrupt. She wasn't connected to anything, she was new & yet they showed her as someone with whom other group members can share their deepest darkest secrets. It didn't make sense. We all know the group didn't share much with each other despite knowing each other for a long time. So all of a sudden what let them to trust Ani wasn't clear. Ani's character basically had no impact on the group or the story or the show this is the reason why I hate her. Plus her accent irritated me & she had no chemistry with other characters. But this is just my own opinion.

People are like 13 reasons why should of ended season 1, am I the only one that thinks 4 seasons is perfect. Season 1 we got the original story that to me was portrayed realistic, when I was in high school I overdramatized everything that now thinking back was stupid. Season 2 is after effects and for people who read the book continuation they never got. Season 3 is a murder mystery since Bryce didn’t pay for his actions in season 2, again was portrayed more realistic he paid in season 3. And season 4 giving us a conclusion to a story that began with Hannah and those tapes she made that messed up people’s lives.
