Master, for more than past one year i was in calorie deficit for weightloss. Till few months back i didn't used to have a food weighing scale and hence i used to visually judge the weight of the food and take count one how many spatulas were added. When i got the food weighing scale and measured my total daily calorie intake came to be only 1300-1400. And for past 8 months i couldn't loose weight. When i try to eat to my maintenance calorie for a week my weight increases slightly, what to do master ?
