13 - Revit API - Family Manager - Item Type and Visual Indicator

It would be nice to have some visual indicator that represents type of the item in list view. Here we implement a value converter and extend base item to support item type property. Type is based on provided full path to the file by testing what is file extension. Value converter do it's job by consuming type and emitting color to ui element. Still we do view model and ui binding so we can easily extend item data model and attach it to view.
