UGH!!! He's doing about 90% of these things! I'm so frustrated and hurt. I really fell for him and I feel so stupid for trusting him, but my gut was ALWAYS nagging me. I really thought I was being paranoid and over thinking it, but I knew better. What pisses me off even more is that I rejected other opportunities to be exclusive with him. My red flags with this guy right now (and my behavior): 1. I'm doing all of the work, but he gave me his number. 2. He hasn't bailed on me, yet. 3. He's been in and out of the relationship for 1.5 years. 4. I haven't a clue where he stands. 5. He makes me feel really fucking special, sometimes. 6. I know his back pocket feels really nice. 7. Sometimes he's there for me. 8. He's never been a jerk to me, I don't think. 9. His actions and words don't align, I don't think. 10. I really don't know what his situation is, and the old admonition of, if you don't want to know the answer, don't ask the question, comes up. 11. It hurts to fall for someone you believe is genuine and think you've "found the one" because it was really REALLY good for the first 2 1/2 months. I made the mistake for letting them know I got caught up in my feelings. I'm an attractive 52 year old who still looks like 40. I'm a Gemini I'm in love with idea of being in love. I've been involved in 2 VERY (mentally & physically) abusive long-term relationships with narcissistic men & I've spent years overcoming the after effects & traumatic experiences. It eventually causes the victim to truly feel that they are going crazy, losing their mind & think that there is something seriously wrong with their brain. (Search "Trauma Bonding") As much as they would always try to put the blame on me that it was ALL my fault that they weren't treating me well, I finally came to realize & accept that there was NOTHING I could do to change their behavior. (In my own personal experiences) If anyone is gaslighting, negging or intentionally being manipulative in any way early on, girl just kick your shoes off & RUN! It may start out as what seems like innocent, cute & funny "sarcasm", but it usually only gets worse. At the very least, they are truly just a jerk. Please listen Ladies- NEVER allow anyone to keep space in your life who doesn't value you in the way you deserve. Manipulation is ALWAYS abusive. Period. Value yourself more.😘💜💜💜

I told him how I felt about him to clarify things for myself and not waste anymore of my time. Since he wouldn't make things clear with me. He was nice about it and said he likes me as a friend. But after watching your videos and after thinking about the fact that I was basically chasing him (even though I didn't mean to & it's a bad habit). I feel like he kept me around as an ego boost. Bc were not friends were just acquainted with each other. But I'm learning more and more how to identify clear signs of genuine interest. Also I made a ton of excuses for him because he has a aggresive autoimmune disease which can make him bedridden and in the hospital.

My Exes mind games would be unpredictable and completely off the board. The last one was a bare faced lie where he said he'd been arrested. Because I wasn't hysterically distraught with screams if anguish, he caused an argument and tried to blame me for it. Can't believe everything you mentioned in this video is what my ex did to me during those 3 years of our first relationship. I am so glad that I am over him after ending up at the hospital and many months. My ex kept me hidden from his friends after a year and his parents for 3 years. He also never initiated things while I always initiated stuff. Can't believe how much I fed his ego and he rarely complimented me. Now the guy I am seeing always initiates dates and is trying to win me over other guys. He messages me good morning and good night. i know this sounds very harsh but you need to dump him. I dated my ex for 3 years and he displayed all these signs (e.g. not telling the whole world about me - hiding me from his parents for 3 years, rarely initiating). I dumped him once because he didn't appreciate me but then the biggest mistake was forgiving him and then a few months later his actions didn't change and he dumped me, using the "you're too emotional" as an excuse to end it. It hurt me a lot as I cared for him so much. But after many months I have finally got over him. My advice for you is to communicate it again with your boyfriend and see if his actions align with what he says. For example, if he says "I'll promise to meet up with you next week" and then he cancels last min and doesn't initiate another time to meet up then that's a red flag. Also, your boyfriend should be confident to show off your relationship to other people/the world and not hiding you. Another advice I have is to not sabotage yourself by giving sex with him unless he treats you right. But that's all I have for you and this is just what I think. From my experience when you're in a relationship it's hard to see so many red flags because you believe this person would continue to be the same from the beginning and you have hopes for them to be like that again. You're also in love. But when you're out of it you'll start to realise a lot of red flags that you didn't see before. You'll start to mature and also release what type of people are for you and learn better. But I hope you figure it all out. Like Sabrina I reckon the best thing is to listen to your gut. If you are upset then it's not entirely your fault, it is them that's making you feel this way. Good Luck Kim

Love your videos. I think on the other video you said there's no such thing as a mixed signal. And always, always, trust your gut! I just had a reconnection with someone from a few years ago. My gut told me he was hiding something, so I ghosted him after two dates a few years back. He reappeared on Tinder this week. And as soon as I followed the feeling and asked for clarification because a Google search on his name yielded nada, he all of the sudden was like, we aren't a good match, blah blah blah. He was totally freaked I was Googling his identity. My gut was right. I think he was using a fake name, burner phone and lying about being married. Ladies, buy and use social media catfish before you start dating someone! Trust but verify. I am disgusted by all the married men looking to cheat on Tinder, but at least those creeps are honest about being cheating creeps! You can never be too careful. Use the full range of public records before you agree to meet. It's time well spent!

It's very important to hear this words time to time, and keep in mind that we are good women, and we deserve a nice person in our lifes. Low self steam it's a big issue for me, and I just realized, by seeing your videos, that I'm a "needy" kind of person... I have depression and anxiety problems, witch make all even worse... He asked me to come over to connect his phone to my laptop and export pictures whatever, even though he said, he could also do it the next day at his parents house. Anyway, he went away on vacation and is never online and hasn't even texted me ONCE the entire time.While I ate, he asked me whether that's enough for me (Aww) and the next day, I called him because someone had shattered the window of my car and he called me "My little one" (in German it's a cute and popular petname).But he was on his way out to the airport and was stressed. .Now, even though nothing has happened yet and there's nothing really to be concerned about: Do you think I should immediately say: 'Thanks but no thanks, NEXT!' or should I not give up my hopes just yet, seeing as he may text me and make plans with me once he get's back? It was 3 days after we had last talked so I was a little freaked out- especially when he started saying things like he'd understand if I didn't want to continue this bc he'd been distant, even though I hadn't been upset w him. But we made plans for Saturday and than again on Sunday and we had a serious talk abt things Sunday, which he initiated. Told me he wasn't seeing anyone else and that he was just busy w work and other things but wished I had just reached out to him bc he wanted to be sure I wanted this too. He took most of the blame for the distance but did say he wished I'd initiate texts and calls more myself which is true. I'm really glad I didn't get upset or nag him abt what we were or what he wanted on Sat night and instead just went w the flow bc he ended up bringing up everything on Sunday that I was worrying abt anyway. So all is good for now, thank you for the advice!

There's not really enough info to make a good call on this, but you did say he was 'always here' when he was dating the other girl so the fact that he's not able to come see you is not a good sign. If your gut is telling you he's making too many excuses, that's probably what is going on.

Relationships are weird nowadays with the quarantine and everything, I live in Mexico too where Hanna hit, so I know it's difficult, as someone else said before, it is hard to make a decision based only on these facts but may I I friendly remind you 2 things: 1. Don't do all the heavy lifting in your relationship, it takes 2 (or more of you're poly) people to build them 2. If you had to ask, you already know the answer :( Give it time, corona and the hurricane has us all turned upside down, work on yourself, focus in on you and being your best self and if he truly wants to be with you he'll find a way to connect, even if it's not face to face, chances are if you work on yourself and he loves you, when he comes back or you're able to meet, he'll find someone even more amazing than before!
