CPAP machines are also allowed (electronics) and they will provide distilled water for you to use with it. I also had non surge protected power adapters for AU to US for it. They also provided one with on the Wonder since they are in the AU/NZ waters.

Based on pass experience most dive gear such as BCDs, regulators, weight belts and wetsuits are allowed. It’s the tanks and cutting tools you need to leave at home.

Is the gaming devices ban only for the ones that plug into tvs or is that for hand-helds like a nintendo switch lite too??

Your information on the Christmas trees from Onboard Gifts is incorrect. They are leaf trimmings in a styrofoam base and cruisers on recent sailings have reported they have been allowed to take them off the ship because they are not a live plant.

If I had a power strip in my luggage, would they keep it and return it at the end of the cruise? We are travelling for 8 weeks and coming from Australia, so the power strip will be used for the rest of the trip.

I've been told they keep what is not allowed and at the end of the cruise you can pick it up.

Yes they should confiscate and have it available for pick-up at the end of the cruise.

Yup... I had my travel iron confiscated. It was waiting for me on a table outside, right before walking through Customs. They'll leave a receipt in it's place in your luggage so you know they have it.
