The only thing you are missing is Variation (Resistance X Intensity X Frequency). Change your workout to prevent plateauing. peace

Watch the whole thing it's worth it. For Number 6 it is the exact opposite. Hypertrophy of targeted areas and the amount of fat effects tone. There is no tone zone. The rep ranges and TUT determine hypertrophy as well as the different kinds of strength one builds.

1. take steroids you're going to try it eventually anyway 2. don't squat it's bad for your knees 3. You need 100g of protein per meal to grow 4. if you don't have a meal within 35 nanoseconds of finishing your last set, you will lose all your gains 5. every day is arm day 6. test boosters work 7. make a fitness Instagram asap so you can start your supplement company 8. diet and cardio don't matter if you work out hard enough 9. you need a meal at 4 am to keep from going catabolic in your sleep 10. test your max every day 11. You don't need to work abs if you activate them in compound lifts 12. calves can't grow, they're based on genetics 13. don't even touch a squat bench or deadlift if you can't rep 135 you're welcome

I’ve been into fitness and building my new body for the last 3 months. Since I was a newbie I asked my friends and people I knew for advice. Until I began my own research I realized how a lot of the things they do aren’t in correlation with professional fitness experts I watch and study. Thank you for all this information, people like you Jeremy Either, Jeff Cavaliere, Buff Dudes, Michael Matthews, etc are excellent and amazing coaches for newbies or even intermediate lifters. This really is an amazing video and clearly shows you do not just have the muscle but also the brain. You break everything down with great examples which earned you a new subscriber. I'm a skinny guy myself (1.82m was 54kg and now 62kg in 1 year of training) and most of these tips i knew already but it's still great to hear such a clear confirmation of how things work. I made a shit load of mistakes when I first started training. This was back in 1994 when I was 17. I'm 41 now and during those years after ward I wasn't as consistent, I read loads of magazines, tried different programs but I wasn't tracking my lifts and calories. Became skinny fat which felt like it just crept up on me. Through out my 30s I'd go to the gym and thought I could get rid of the love handles just by training hard and remaining on the same shit diet. My knowledge of fitness was shit. Then couple of years ago I was out of work so had a lot of time on my hands so did a shit load of research on muscle building. Found a good program, Tracked my lifts and calories and managed to get down to 12% bodyfat at 40 years old. But then I messed up my bulk and the love handles came back. But I'm back on course and I am beginning to see my abs. I'll lean bulk and closely monitor everything.

Hydration.. This is 100% spot on! Since I started chugging down the water and sorted out my hydration levels my workout intensity has gone through the roof. I dont touch any of those pre/post workout bull$hit drinks, powders. If your hydrated and motivated that is enough to beast it up!

Slight suggestion. I know you do your research, but instead of saying "scientifically proven 100%" etc, say, "current studies show that..." saves you if you're ever wrong in the future. you never know!

I didnt drink enough of water before my workout today, midway through I went to my kitchen and got a glass of water. Too late, i felt horrible the rest of the workout. Though it might be that my upstairs if about 20 degrees (farenheit) higher. Damn hot. Means I need even more water.
