This is an excellent video, but will you be doing an updated or more detailed video before race day? I know it is close to the event, but some small details have changed and many people will go off what is shown on this video. If you need to buy new or more kit, there isn't much time. You could do an event day video, like what is when and where. The event briefing is not said anywhere on the event info

I would recomend taking a blanket AS WELL AS the bag, its a great piece of kit to signal with and can make some shelter with it. Oh and practice using the map and compass! No point having it, if you don't know how use it!!

Just signed up for the 7 valleys 2025. Can anyone recommend a good running vest that can fit all this kit in? I currently only have a Salomon skin 8 which I don’t think will be big enough. Thanks!
