13 WEEKS PREGNANCY UPDATE! | 1st Trimester Symptoms are GONE!

Hello my friends! Today I’d like to share with you my 13th week of pregnancy update! I can't believe I am already 13 weeks pregnant! My symptoms from the 1st trimester are practically GONE!
I am a stay at home mama to a sweet baby girl, and wife to an amazing husband. I also have several chronic illnesses (see below). I am passionate about sharing my story to help those suffering like I do. I have a degree in health education and I am certified in nutrition, chronic disease, and health promotion.

You had a lot of tummy at 13 which is where I’m at right. But I’m totally flat no belly yet. I’ve always worked out a lot maybe that’s why. 🤔
