SIZtrio I got a few wireless chargers fast and regular but still really slow and so inefficient power loss into heat instead of charging waste lots of energy and heats up phone quite a bit

Alexander Ortigoza - apparently u can charge both at the same time by stacking the stone on a charging mat and your phone on top of the stone. I'd guess doing so would charge each half as fast, but maybe not a problem if you're charging over night.

I've bought two official Samsung Convertible Wireless Charging pads, neither of which Fast Charged my S8. Under advanced battery settings there is no Fast Wireless Charging option? Anyone have any ideas?

there should be, (it should be under the 3 little vertical dots on the top right hand side)---> inside that setting you should see fast cable charging and fast wireless charging) but you need to make sure your wireless charger has the fast charging adapter (not at regular one, or just a plain usb cable)

Tommy Wong Yep I tried it all. I couldn't get them to fast wireless charge with my S8 charger, QC 3 car charger or an iPad charger. I know the setting should be there but it isn't. I've heard that it needs to be unlocked by using a fast wireless charger, but like I said I've had no success

Matthew Interesting, I just looked in my settings and the option isn't there for me either. Now I just got my S8 and haven't yet tried using a wireless charger so if it needs to be unlocked that could be why in my case but that is certainly strange. Have you tried calling Samsung or going to your wireless carrier and asking them? Considering the ability to fast wireless charge is one of the reasons I purchased this phone I will be pretty upset if I can't get it to work.

Matthew I went in the store today and they had a Samsung wireless charger set up so I tried it out and my phone immediately started fast charging when I placed it on it. I then went in to the settings and the option for wireless fast charging is now there on my phone. I have read several others who have had issues and it seems like some have issues getting the Samsung chargers to work yet the after market ones work and some can't get any to work. Perhaps try an aftermarket one and if it also doesn't work you may need to call Samsung or your carrier. Hope you get it figured out!
