She has a job. How long do you expect her to stay when it might take months to get this travesty corrected? It’s not like he’s in danger. He’s with his grandma.

He was granted a visa to travel and with that visa being a minor it states who his legal guardian is as you have to declare. She had to show not only the divorce decree but also record of birth. Just like when you apply for a passport for a minor child.

I am from Honduras and have been to and forth many times, it is true it’s part of a bigger issue, the kid probably has no identification and you can’t travel between countries like that legally they must have a record of you entering and exiting. I had to fill out and submit online forms. Honduras is very strict

We need to be strict like that.

Kid probably didn't have his docs. If he was born in Honduras, he needs his green card plus his Honduran passport if he resides with the mom.

She calls Honduras "my country." So what is the United States, just a part time place to take advantage of?? I am tired of my homeland the United States being thought of as a place to be used, a place nobody owes loyalty to. She came here and lived her dream, but still looks up to "my country" as if it is so much superior. I hear this tone all the time.

You've let Maga brainwashing warp your mind... if an American moves to a different country do they not consider the United States their country still? If you moved to Russia for instance, you'd still call the US "my country"... the "tone" you hear is the hate and false patriotism that Trump and maga have brainwashed you to hear......
@akosuatoujourshanbon8086Күн бұрын
And so what if she believes Honduras is more superior. Why should she worship the USA?? This is totally normally when you have roots from another country esp if you were raised there. So she should erase all her beautiful memories of Honduras once her feet lands in the US?? What a ridiculous close minded thing to think.
