Too much, my kiddo is the same age. threw 78 at 12u and is at 85 at 13u. Is only allowed to pitch 4 months a year, 60-65 inning max. why? I want his arm to still be attached and intact by the time he gets to real baseball. To quote a great man, "you got a gift....the gods came down and turned your right arm into a lighting bolt". Its a gift and these adults are pissing it away for 13u glory.
