I read the comments about your voice. PLEASE don't listen to some of your commenters. Your voice represents who you are and where you are from. I know that you are not ashamed of your roots. You should be proud of your accent. People can be very cruel as you can see. They don't like your voice but are swarming to your channel to watch you exercise your gift...Try and figure that one out? Anyhow please more videos WITH YOUR VOICE! God's continued blessings on your life!

i tried this method. when you crochet through the braids its not tight nor does it pull. this is genius. thank you for showing an easier way

I used to braid my clients hair with kanekalon all the way down and then do exactly as you did with crochet hook at root with another hank/section of kanekalon to wrap the braid with. Your way is much easier AND the way you do your ends is also much superior to the way I used to do mine which was to use a braid sealer on the ends. This is much better. I like the name too. We just called them: wrapped synthetic dread extensions. Your name for them is much better. :) In my opinion anyways. I always used those cool little hair cuffs all the time too! They come in so many colours! I was partial to the dark blue light blue and silver ones for myself. I did about 16 ish years of every kind of dreadlocking (With a group of ladies we called ourselves locksmiths lol) and extension (and funky hair colouring with creative shaving techniques, I catered to the punk rock/hippy/goth/raver/burning man crowd). I still do my own hair lots but now I write medical neurological papers. I miss doing hair all the time. But I literally killed my body pushing myself too much and going to school for med school. So I had to pick one....sometimes I wonder if I picked the right one. Sorry, rambling, been a long day. Love coming home and seeing a new video from +Beautycanbraid Your creations are beautiful! I would love to get my hair done by you! (I'm all the way in west coast of Canada though)

THE BEST SO FAR...THE FIRST TIME I HAD FAUX LOCS THE PERSON DID BRAIDS INSTEAD OF TWISTS ( PRIOR TO WRAPPING ). I PREFER THE TWIST METHOD BECAUSE ITS SOFTER, MORE PLIABLE AND DOESNT HAVE TO GO THRU THAT INITIAL STIFF STAGE. KEEP IT UP, LOVE THE VIDS AND TUTUORIALS

If you wanted to do smaller faux locs would you just make the parts smaller and still use the one strand for everything? Or would you make the parts smaller, use half of a strand, divide it in half using the same method? I hope my question isn't too confusing😃
