The fact 2.5k people disliked this video is shocking. Must be people who are mad she’s not going through the whole long process of twisting her locs, and letting them form. This is perfect for those who don’t have the time, or just don’t like the staging.

It induces ASMR. Look it up. Some pple voices trigger it( like His in the video), others are triggered by soft sounds like that guy that use to paint on T.v.. The white guy painter with that Afro hair......he relaxes me. Look up ASMR pencil drawing , crinkle paper ( sometimes annoying tho), ASMR makeup. Its soooo many different ones. It's kinda weird....but I swear that stuff cures insomnia.

Lakisha Edwards Hi. They can be achieved without crocheting. They can be twisted with a comb to the end completely. Depending on the initial length it can be palm rolled (I preferred in one direction, I’ve sen back and forth on established locs) and set under a dryer. They unravel/ loosen but after a series of restyling over time, begin to lock and hold. They’re beautiful when done correctly or well. Hope that helps.🙏🏾

Kris I like to say ---- Very nice - very lovely setting. Making a client feel at ease is important. Not hee hawing and degrading their hair texture, the choices and past work one's done in their hair but encouraging the process helps, therefore I give two thumbs up to your focus. Please stay this way.

She took/combed them out. She's a good friend of mine. She lost her edges because the interlocking was too tight. Several of my friends in the UAE went to him to do this process, but they all took them out because of various reasons. Usually because they experienced interlocking damage. He is very popular and many go to him, but he is not a cosmetologist....as most aren't in the UAE, so he doesn't know the "science" of the hair....
