For posh, you either pay partial or whole for shipping as the seller, it’s an option when listing, either buyer pays the full amount (like 7.50$) or the seller offers a discount or free shipping (buyer either gets a discount and pays 4.99-5.99 or pays 0 if you choose to offer free shipping.

Usps has a deal with poshmark buyer pays shipping unless you change it yourself. It's 7.60 for anything under 5lb. I wish ebay would get a deal with usps.

Lighthouse keepers were likely dropped off on an isolated island, sometimes with their family in tow ... their Job was to make sure the lightS never went out ... the purpose of the lighthouses were to guide and warn sailors and fisherman that there is land nearby

Posh has flat rate shipping up to 5 pounds that the buyer pays. After 5 pounds the seller is responsible for paying. It’s expensive

Why not open the garage door and load the car once a thing is packed and labelled. Gets it out of your way and if you have to take it to the delivery company all you have to do is jump in the pre-packed vehicle. I promote all my items 5% and I run my campaign 2 days(Mon & Tue), 2 days (Wed & Thu) and then 3 days (Fri-Sun) each week. I can tell when it’s off because I don’t have sales. Im too scared not to promote after I’ve done it so long.

I found out the hard way they do pay shipping but only for 5 lb or less anything over 5 lb the seller has to pay so when they make a bundle they try to get all heavy stuff so they don't have to pay for around $10 in shipping and the seller has to pay the rest which eats into your profit

I promote all my listings at 5% and about 50% of all my sales monthly come from promoted listings. I have it set to automatically promote all my listings as they are listed so I dont even think about it at all. I do sell clothing and shoes tho so it makes since for me to promote. To see if promoting actually makes an impact within your store and sales you have to run a campaign for a few weeks to a month so it can really kick in with the algorithm.

Actually this is incorrect. Sellers can offer shipping discounts up to FREE SHIPPING on any listing. The amount discounted is taken from proceeds on top of Poshmark fee. 👍🏻👍🏻

Why bother having an LLC? A reseller, generally, is not the type of small business that benefits from having an LLC. What's the likelihood someone will sue you and try to take your house? That's the main benefit of having an LLC. I don't see how selling used plush, comic books, and lighthouse figurines can expose you to a lawsuit. Operating as a sole proprietorship is much easier and lot more practical. Than again, I don't have six checking accounts! 😁

When I seller doesn't understand the math when I make an offer to buy multiple items he will reply with the wrong counter offer. At that point I will still buy from him but I buy one item per day for the next so many days so he has to ship them one-at-a-time. It kind of teaches him a lesson to do five times more work for the same money. It is much easier and smarter to put five items in one box than to ship five boxes to the same address over five days. Sometimes that is the only way to teach stupid people and after I get everything I want then I explain it to them that they just did five times the work for the same money and used five times more tape, boxes, shipping labels, packaging material, and time because they were greedy. I am greedy as well but not stupid.
