Thanks for uploading these May(: I for one applaud the writers(and actors)for making characters so believable to the point where fans want what is best for them, and even get really angry when the "perfect" couple break up.Think about it we (the fans) have put so much time and feelings towards these characters all we really want is a happy ending. But we also have to realize that the characters are supposed to be realistic and that means there will be ups and downs.

@samtelvis You're spot on with your critique.....Chrolli's successes had just begun to shatter the multitude of biases and stereotypes that exist in the general public about gay men. Each of their failures, particularly the very short duration of their highly-promoted wedding, simply validates many of those prejudices. It's really been a child's game of "Mother May I" with this story line: two steps forward and a giant step back.

I loved your comments May. I have always wondered why they chose antebellum as their wedding song! It is so clear that they are going to get them back together that I am actually looking forward to the two of them pining for each other just as it was in the beginning. Nobody does longing looks better. I have to say though - for an amazing looking man they clothe Olli terribly. The green jacket kept distracting me! Ads do pop up sometimes when I watch your videos. Well I have to say with that ending, there is hope; definite hope. I can't wait to see the next episode. I hope this is a start; a new start for both of them. I'm dying to watch them get back together. It would be a horrible, terrible crime if they did get divorced and never got back together. The level of interest depends entirely on the writers competence to come with good plots as much as the way they define the character's personality, independently of they keep the Chrolli thing or not. So, you think that Olli must not be as interestingly alone, I say that this Chrolli issue is far less interesting.

I have never felt inclined to comment on any films,programmes and soap operas that I have seen. V.L. has changed all that since their portrayal of Christian and Oliver. I feel a twinge of sadness that their beautiful relationship is coming to an end or maybe not, who knows? This programme has inspire me to learn German, visitGermany and if possible sample the German nightlife-any ideas! Jo (Oliver) and Thore (Christian) deserve an award for their performance, which has been outstanding.

Maybe what we should look forward to is these excellent actors popping up separately on other shows or films with great roles that exploit their great talents. They brought VL viewers great pleasure and now it may be time for them to be admired for work developed by writers as talented as those of the first 3 years.

the best chapter so far since they are apart. At least, i saw the sign that they still love each other deeply, and hope for a real change, a turning point over their relationship whether it is a united as expected or separation but without continuous quarrels and argument over tiny ,small stuff. as this way, I can feel the story can move forward and it's worth waiting. I love the expression, painful, hurt, regret ,do not want to let other go.

@claudiosgaravizzi My only explanation for how lame the writers have been with this story the past few months is that they are completely different writers than the ones who wrote the Christian and Olli story these past three years. I think they hired some new writers starting early this year who are homophobic and don't have a clue and haven't watched the story history and just went off in this completely wrong direction. It's shameful because C&O have been turned into background.

Though this is a soap-opera and everything is covered with layers of fantasy, for gay characters to become really a common issue on soaps the dynamics of their lives must be as rich as the others, in termos of plot - that includes the end of a relationship and the start of another. Yeah, their relationship was quite special but I think it will be even more interesting if it really ends and they both, or at least one of them, start a relationship (continue...)

@claudiosgaravizzi When I say the past few months of writing has been homophobic, what I mean is that there has been ZERO same sex affection from any characters on VL. The show has gone from being an amazing example of showing a very positive and passionate romantic relationship between two men which brought them international attention to very few scenes between the two in sound bytes, very little dialogue to discuss their issues compared to other characters much longer scenes.

I feel passionately about this SL because it is important that people "who do not understand an alternative lifestyle" get to see and experience something extremely special and "normal" which is very much like the love that they themselves have always wanted. @randallross822 I had planned to abandon this show and the youtube site because of disgust over the last episode. Your dialog and that of others, reminded me of why this has meant so much. My exasperation over the lack of speed with which things change, sometimes makes me feel foolish. I should remember how grateful I was for my son to have this storyline and simply refer people to the episodes up to 322, and then tell them to stop watching after that. Then the effect will be achieved.

oh no! I've been a fan of chrolli since nearly the beginning. then, i went travelling, no internet and time made me 2 1/2 years behind. and now, i had a cold for a few days and managed to cathc up, and now i'm left waiting as mercurymay01 is on (a well deserved) holiday. the suspence is too much! christian and ollie just have to get back together, i don't mind when, but its not just the same when they are apart. I'm really invested in these characters! and a little bit in love with thore :D

All the characters' plots are written by the same people, so the mess will pretty much cover everything (it already is), not only Olli and his plots. To conclude, I must say I do prefer Olli much more. Christian has become plainly boring and there is no way back to make him interesting and credible again for me.

Wow this episode had to be the most heartbreaking ever for the show. Thore and Jo's acting here is just incredible. It does seem though that Christian and Oliver are not being honest with each other again. Oliver is obviously still angry and Christian is trying to act ambivalent and tough about it in front of Oliver. I wonder if Christian had cried out and said "don't leave me I love you!" If that would make a difference? Both guys are once again hiding their emotions they got a long way to go.

He's been reduced to a highly neurotic, increasingly vain person who, when true crisis confronts him, looks for the most expeditious way out--actions which contradict his earlier professions of his love for Christian being that of a lifetime. Yes, the level of interest depends entirely on the writers and they've failed miserably.
