Those types of breaks are sometimes caused by the DC power jack not being fully inserted before it was soldered. The gap under the jack allows for the jack to be wiggled and thus the jack’s pins can push though the board and up on the solder pad and then the solder pad can break. Always desolder the jack and make sure it is sitting flush on the PCB. In your case, you could put a pad of glue under the jack to fill the space and hold it better.

Nice touch using that reinforcement to prevent it from breaking again.

Stripped solid core LAN wires are so useful and very cheap! I've used loads over the years for repairs and prototyping.

This is a level 1 repair that a rookie technician can do. Find something at a garage sale for cheap, and FIX IT!

Always encouraged when I'm told a device is completely dead, likely the power supply path or power control circuitry and relatively simple. Don't mind a lot of screws, better than being held together with moulded tabs and such.

Two years ago I've had the same exactly problem with this model. Bought it for bargain, repaired and sold for nice money.

For some time now, when I touch the body (except for the wooden part) or when I hit the keys a little hard, my piano makes a sound like a marble. This issue gets worse when I hold the pedal and play music.(I tried even when the piano is turned off and there is no electric current in it, it still makes this sound). What is the problem? My piano model is clp725

Sadly, if anyone else owned that keyboard it would’ve ended up in a landfill.
