I don't know how many comments you find time to read, but that lesson was particularly good, with a great level of detail which is really appreciated.

Like father, like son, I can see that talent is really in the family. I am always touched when I see you working together, it is very beautiful this complicity. As always here is a very nice lesson given by a very good teacher, thank you Michael for all this shared beauty. I also keep my old brushes, I also make cuts in the hairs and sometimes I get something extraordinary from an old brush that was destined to be thrown. I also found makeup brushes that worked very well for some details.

You, sir, are simply brilliant. It is all but hypnotizing to observe the emergence of seemingly living form and color bursting forth from the flat surface of the panel, all at the urging of your gifted hand. Your videos are as expertly crafted as the paintings themselves and the top notch narration makes for an informative and entertaining delight. Masterfully done!

Your work is impeccable & absolutely brilliant! It's amazing to watch your work progress & hard to believe these are not actual photographs when finished. Absolutely breath-taking! Thank you for sharing your work, but I'm afraid my paintings look like something my son brought home from school. You know the ones that were smears of colors & it was folded in half while it was still wet & for that extra "pro" touch - it was dropped on the ground during an all-day thunderstorm? Yes sir, that's my painting & it took 4hrs to complete.............🎨🖼😁

The reason for this is because it was just uploaded, probably being processed by KZbin or something. Give it a while longer and you will be able to play it at 1080p. As you can now.

While painting on a canvas I frequently face a problem but I haven't seen any artist cover this issue in their youtube videos. I love painting with acrylic paints but when I go into finer details, I face difficulty getting the paint out of my brush onto the canvas because of the rough surface of the canvas and also maybe because of the thickness of acrylic and small size of the brush. Of course, adding water won't be the solution as it will make the color more transparent instead. Any possibility that you would cover this topic in the future videos?
@laurakramer63215 жыл бұрын
You could either try to paint on a wooden panel,or you can add water and go over the transparent paint several times until you get the result you want.
