Do you have a morning routine that you follow?
There are a lot of people that do have routines such as meditating, visualising, gratefulness journaling, saying affirmations, flow journaling, reading, and going for a morning walk.
For some a routine like this works for them.
For many, it doesn’t.
And for some they feel they should be doing it and they end up beating themselves up for not doing a routine.
But if all the people in the world that are doing morning routines like this, surely there would be millions of people having amazing lives, living in mansions beside the beach and flying around in private jets from all the visualising that they’re doing?
But there’s not! Why is that?
On this episode of The Executive Code podcast, I share some of my thoughts when it comes to routines and how rituals like this can be as effective as writing out your weekly shopping list.
Surely there has to be a better way?
There is!
