TRUE OVER TOP CLEAR MIND, 5 SIGNER DRAGON LIMIT OVER ACCEL SYNCHRO SHOOTING QUASAR

Due to the unfortunate circumstance of Ancient Fairy Dragon being put in the naughty no-no box by Konami, she will be substituted by Stardust Dragon. That's fine, as we need him around for Starlight Illumination's effect anyways.
I've managed to recreate the 5 dragon Shooting Quasar summon. However, since it requires a trap, Predaplanning, to set all of our dragon's levels to 1, you can't do this combo in one turn unless you have Temple of the Kings. You'll need 4 cards in order to do this: a tuner, Junk Converter, Temple of the Kings, Predaplanning/Trap Trick, which is like a 5% chance of happening, all for a singular monster that could get kaiju'd or something LUL. All this inconsistency is why this is recorded in solo mode.
Don't do this in ranked, kids. It's not good. It's anime as fuck tho.

i would highly not recommend attempting this in an actual duel lol. you can try it if you want, but it probably won't work out too well since Predaplanning is a trap, so you can't do it turn 1 without Temple of the Kings. I don't think I still have the exact deck list in this video, but this should be pretty close. imgur.com/hHRuVdd As you can see, I cut every staple in an attempt to turbo out the combo. The ideal scenario for this to work would probably be going first, setting Trap Trick/Predaplanning, and hoping your opponent gigabricked so you get a free turn. I swapped Red Dragon Archfiend and Black Rose Dragon with their alternate counterparts since those effects are a bit more useful here. In fact, Red Dragon Archfiend's effect to nuke your own field if you don't attack is kind of counterproductive.

There really is no reason that Life Stream Dragon shouldn’t have had the level manipulation effect like it did in the anime. It’s a level 8 tuner that requires you use Power Tool Dragon. Even at the time of its release, giving it the anime effect wouldn’t have made it too powerful, so it should’ve just had it. But no, they decided to nerf it because why wouldn’t they.

It's kind of strange that they drew the summoning condition for Delta Accel Syncro(2 or more non-tuners) onto the Limit Over Delta Accel Syncro-monsters in both the anime and real game instead of their intended lore-requirement(4 or more non-tuners). But then again, maybe that's a good thing because imagine actually having to do this nonsense for Quasar and Sifr, it would kill any potential viability they have.

I want to see a build that lets you get a max attack Shooting Quasar Dragon. Best way i could think of is the usage of the lv 2 synchros that exist, and get 6 of them out, though i know that is hard to do. Celestial Double Star Shaman makes it easier, but spamming the lv 1'a to make it work isn't so easy.

at around 1:50 instead of reviving junk synchron with converter, you can revive fleur synchron to make a level 7 (AFD), then make red dragon archfiend at the end instead of black winged. the combo needs stardust dragon to summon stardust trail though, so I can't really swap stardust out.

ancient fairy dragon is banned, so I replaced her with stardust dragon. I actually need stardust to be on the field in order to use stardust illumination so stardust synchron + trail can bring out 2 more dragons for this combo, so it works out.
