sir at 28:28 how is (3,9) belongs to R1 when R1={(x,y)|x=y²} i.e.., here x=y² which means x value should be square of y value right so (9,3) will belong to R1 not (3,9) because here x=y² is TRUE(i.e.., x=3² => x=9 for y=3) in (9,3) BUT FALSE in (3,9) Please someone look into this

no whatever x value is there its square will be y y=x^2 sir initial wrote it wrong by mistake

Yes, when x = 1 log 1 base 2 will be 0 so 0 is also included in range
