I had to listen to this twice through yesterday live zoom and today had to write it all down. Loved it! Much appreciation and love to you all. I think at least 6 people during the work day yesterday got to benefit about what he said on aging. Such an incredible perspective to help us keep the grace in any difficulties we face. This was such a beautiful interview. The treatment Maharaj speaks of is for what we call Manasik Roga (mental imbalance) in Ayurveda. I think we can all use a little hut and forest getaway these days 🙏🏽🕉

Instructions for prayer by HH Sacinananda Swami 1. Make sure that the real you prays. Always make sure that the real self speaks. 2. Start your prayer with praise. Ex: You are in the hearts of everyone and you know everything that happens inside of me and outside of me. 3. Connect with yourself as you are right now. Express your authentic situation. 4. Express gratitude. Acknowledge the gifts that have already been given to you. Ex: Thank you for giving me a human for of life, thank you for the sun which rises each new day giving energy to all the living entities, for good food, and clean air. You have created for us the perfect guest house. 5. Ask for a blessing. Ex: May I always remember You even when the world becomes dark around me or very bright around me. May I always remember You and not forget this connection. "The Lord is unlimited. He is beyond our words and our thoughts, yet He finds pleasure when someone prays to Him just like the father enjoys the broken language of his growing child."
