@@user-ui5ly1tg4b その話は聞いたことがあるんですが、この人なんですね。素焼きで焼き入れをした波紋が素晴らしい刀匠でした。素焼きを否定する意味が分からない。

@@st5092 他の職人たちと同じ玉鋼を使わざるをえない現代、限られた条件下で苦心して芸術品を作る　ことを長く意識してきて実際に評価されてる鍛治なので、「数撃ちゃ当たる」「偶然の産物」とも取られられる裸焼きには耐えられないんでしょうね裸焼きはそんな簡単なものじゃないのにね。現在の重要刀剣における古刀の多くは、裸焼きで大量生産されたものの中に奇跡のように生まれた偶然の産物だったりするり実際、亡くなったその刀匠は納得いく作品になかなか出会えず、殆どの刀を捨てるしかなく極貧の中に暮らした。材料の古鉄も駆けずり回って確保した。簡単にこき下ろせる存在ではないよね

やっぱりいい刀は自然美しくなるもんだねぇ。ワシは刃物研ぐのが好きなんだけど、鍛える様も良い。共感得にくいかもしれないけど、鍛えの作業で鎚で叩くたびに鋼の表面が剥がれ落ちていく様子が、「余分な物を削ぎ落として、徹底的に鍛え、磨き上げる」っていう刀の本質を表しているようで好き。

何度観ても飽きない。世界でも稀な類をみない工程や作業の仕業。どうやって出来上がって完成させたのか？不思議です。この素晴らしい技術。伝統を絶やしてはなりません。私も日本刀所持する者ですが、時代背景、どの様な歴史が有る刀かは、わからない(残念)

I'm sorry for replying to you in English. Trying to bring out the real Japanese katsna is considerably difficult, especially for foreigners. Actually, all katanas made in Japan have to be registered as a work of art. So, if you buy katana, you have to apply for a Japan customs to bring out. It is the same for a imitation sword. From these reasons, Almost all katanas which are overseas are fake made in China, and so on. I recommend that you ask Japanese friends to go through the application process. If you do a homestay in Japan, you can make some friends. If there are some mistakes in English, I'd like to apologize.

انا معجب بهذا الانواع من السيوف لسبب رئيسي الا وهو انهو يصنعون السيف بنفس الطريقة و الادوات قبل مئات السنين من اسلاف واجداد اليابانين.لايحدث اي تغيير الا قليل بالطريقة,اتعتقدون انهو شي سلبي,انا لااعتقد انهو شي سلبي,انا ارى انهو شي ايجابي.

@@djokicadjokic6375 You don't need a Japanese friend or a homestay in Japan to buy a Japanese sword. You simply need a reliable dealer in Japan, or if outside of Japan, a dealer in Europe, the UK, or US. There are significant numbers of Japanese swords outside of Japan. It is true however that if one buys a sword directly from Japan there is an additional 1 month waiting period on top of the delivery time. This is because the Japanese sender must acquire an export license for the sword, which is processed as a matter of course.

I am Japanese therefore I love Japanese culture, however, at that time the Japanese could not raise melting temperature even by TATARA. On the other hand, European countries had coke and made casting mass production possible. Katana is well made but posting together SHINGANE and KAWGANE.

Your perception is incorrect and I stand corrected. To begin with, Japanese and European steel-making methods and production volumes have nothing to do with the issue of swords. First of all, it is wrong to say that iron production in Japan is low. There were many mines in Japan and iron ore was abundant. In addition, because it is surrounded by the sea, a lot of iron sand was also mined. There is also an abundance of timber, which is necessary for iron production. During the Warring States Period, it was not uncommon for even farmers to carry swords and spears, and most samurai armor was made of iron. Furthermore, during the Sengoku period, Japan had the largest number of guns in the world. In short, during the ancient and medieval periods, tatara iron manufacturing was the most suitable method for the Japanese environment, not inferior to European iron manufacturing. Even with European-style blast furnaces in the Middle Ages, iron was not completely melted down, so it had to be smelted by hand. By the way, do you know the purpose of SHINGANE and KAWAGANE? The greatest merit of Japanese swords is that they "do not break, bend, or cut." This was achieved by encasing a soft steel (shingane) with low carbon content in a hard steel (kawagane) with high carbon content made by folding and forging to make one piece of steel. By folding and forging, Japanese sword steel can show hardness beyond the theoretical value. This is a long story, but please do not talk about wrong knowledge, because it is embarrassing.

@@user-ui5ly1tg4b 長文は要りません、鋳型で大量鋳造して焼入れすれば心金と皮金の貼り合わせは不要となる当たり前の理屈です。知識自慢ではなくて科学的な道理ですよ、我を張らないように、日本文化の尊重は重要ですが実用性と大量生産と質の理屈ですよ。

@@lukeyama7328 僕か長文で語ったこと、読んで理解してます？コンコン！頭の中がお留守ですかー？そもそもヨーロッパの剣も基本的に鍛造なんですけど... 叩いて鍛えないと、武器としての強度や粘りを調節できない。日本刀でも西洋剣でも叩いて鋼を鍛えることが当たり前に必要になってくんんだけど。もう一度言うけど、実用性は鍛錬によってクリアしとるし、大量生産もされてるっての。茶釜を作るわけじゃないんだからさぁ。鋳造で剣をつくるとか理屈の通らないことを声高に語るなかれ。

If you don't beat and forge them, you can't adjust their strength and tenacity as a weapon. In both Japanese and Western swords, forging steel by tapping is a natural necessity. Even in histrical fact, the practicality of the sword has been cleared by repeated forging, and it is also mass-produced. It is not like making a tee pots. Don't talk so loudly about making swords by casting or something that doesn't make sense.
