Hi William, insightful video as always. Do you plan to do a video on Goodwood Residences? It's also in Bangsar South but probably not that walkable to KL Gateway and Universiti/Kerinchi LRT stations.

Not walkable to both University or Kerinchi LRT. over 10mins walking time to LRT. Definitely not positioned for commuters. This project positioned for more luxurious living. target buyers surely with own transport. Good suggestion to do Good Wood. let me plan it out

Hey Adam, i have done research on Good Wood, i think the lockdown would likely to have some impact to the content shooting. so i think it would be great to share a little more of my findings: Goodwood 👍 - very family or own stay oriented sizing and layout. - good completion timing, mid to Q3 2022. by then, i believe vaccination rate would have reach 75% - friendly target to organic tenant, Vertical business offices tower. dont need to depend on external working population - not all layouts is investment Optimized. so you need to know what to choose if you're targeting for investment purpose - different positioning as south view / south link. those are more for commuter friendly. there's good and there's bad for more details feel free to get to me: wa.me/60182093688
