Yaaayyy!! Right on time. Im actually hyping myself to rent a unit here because its new and you have the so called 1st person feels to use the unit, but when you said the amount of unit per floor and how many lifts available only - - I was likeee 😲😲. Then seeing the unit plan of 1+1 without any stuff yet. Feels so small already anddd Imagine if you want to relax in the 3rd floor and others too. The amount of people sharing it. Usage of pools, the gym and other facilities. It might be overcrowded. Thaaanks for this. 👍🏻👍🏻

Hai Sean! I’ve been watching your property videos for a while now and ngl it’s somewhat therapeutic (weird, even for me but yes). Anyways, it’s pretty easy to catch up or like put myself in your shoes when it comes to viewing of smaller and simpler units, but when it comes to the bigger and more complex units, sometimes it’s abit hard to picture how the room feels in comparison to the other living spaces. I had a thought that if there’s a small floor plan at the corner of the screen that highlights which portion of the house you are at, I think that would be able to give the viewers a better idea of how properties with more complex living spaces will feel as you go through them (or at least for me :D) Cheers ^^

One question sorry for the broken English. Would Southlink affect Southview Serviced Apartment in terms of rental yield? I mean renting as a couple or alone Southlink will be a better option since most ppl prefer new property. I intend to buy Southview Serviced Apartment (been viewing since last month), i am pretty worried that the possibility of Southlink future poor management ( So many 1+1 so assume most buyer bought for investment purpose) attracting the wrong group of tenant by reducing the rental rate in the case when the units are struggled to be rented out). Will this affect the surrounding property rental yield? Thanks in Adv Sean!

Are there really demands for such small properties in Malaysia? The developers are behaving like developers in HK... developing small units to reap in more profits
@iherng3 жыл бұрын
The objective is to keep the price low and the rental can break even with the instalment. Mainly targeting investors. Imagine if I were to built a 1000 sqft property, it's only cost around RM 1mil. That would definitely be out of budget for many people.

@iherng3 жыл бұрын
The thing is products like these matches the need of the market. Small units that are ideal for investment. If you increase the size, it becomes too expensive. If you lower the density, it becomes too expensive. Then we complain about property overhang and etc. Unfortunately this is a market driven product design.
