Land litigation in the bortianor area is quite intensive and crazy. Especially when you are diaspora. Who ever is buying a lot of land should do extensive search. I like the fact that you said you have nothing to do with the paperwork.

People usually misunderstand that fact that we as creators sometimes act as facilitators to make opportunities they can otherwise not get access to available. It is very important i distance myself from it... Land disputes in Ghana is crazy to say the least ... Greed, deceit etc leading the way.
