Today I came to an epiphany. My anxiety levels have been through the roof for months. I don't feel tethered, especially after a series of events occurred. I take salt baths when my body is aching & migraines are out of control, but also to cleanse myself energetically & spiritually. The last time was after spending two weeks packing up my belongings, doing a lot of physical and mental activity. I used Epsom salts, combined with baking soda & vinegar, and the hottest water I could handle. I took some of this time to ground myself, rebalance my chakras, and energetically cut any unhealthily/negatively attached cords, and then placed an energetic bubble of protection around me. I stayed in the tub relaxing until the water got too cold to remain relaxed. The next day I awoke to feeling like a brand new person, all my aches and mental stress were gone! I’m not exaggerating, I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have at least a little pain or stress! I highly recommend it! Self care is the best thing, along with being kind & loving towards yourself.💜

Been getting a quick astral clearing a lot lately, and it is helping. Astral is our interface with this world, so we can't just turn it off. And hitchhikers glom onto our fields a lot these days, those and various energies we pick up just walking through even grocery stores. (The astral clearing I use is free on YT. Guess it wouldn't be cool to say what channel, but I'm sure there are various ones people could try until they find one that works viscerally for them.) Also been writing out a lot of affirmations/commands I state aloud every morning and night, just to keep myself tuned optimally. We’re having a shift in the Lunar Nodes on the 11th of January, from the Aries-Libra axis to Pisces-Virgo axis. The thing is, the node’s movements go backwards in the zodiac. For those who like astrology……I woke up on my 30th birthday, a day where the positions of the sun, venus, Saturn, and the moon were all conjunct my natal sun, moon, and Saturn all placements on my DC angel (Also had mercury conjunct my IC, Jupiter conjunct my mid heaven and opposing my IC AND natal Jupiter) I had the thought to go get a dermal piercing in between my eyebrows. "The wound becomes the eye" hit. I see better and more clearly discern once I've been hurt or burned. I have to learn my lessons the hard way, it seems, to get the full lesson in on all levels. When you said Vikings deck, I was struck by that since earlier today, on my way home from work around 5pm est, the main intro song for Vikings, called If I Had A Heart, which I added to my main playlist of over 5,000 songs back when the tv show first came out and put that out there, it has played for what as far as I can recall was maybe one other time at most from my playlist ever since I added it, so I made note of it as I drove home! Then I watched this video hours later, and seen it was posted around the same time I heard the song! My playlist is on Apple Music, which struggles on the shuffle bus, there are so many songs I’ve added that I never hear because it wants to play mainly all the songs it has already played rather than shuffling properly to allow me to have a chance to hear all of them (my teen says Spotify shuffles way better), anyway, that is why it stuck out to me since I know that isn’t a popular one for my playlist to play! I’m also cleaning house, physically, mentally, and spiritually! Oh! I’ve also been debating on when to buy this palmistry book & flash cards that are in my online cart, I keep looking at it every few days. I am hoping to begin training with a reiki master real soon, which I think will be a good learning experience, along with an animal communication course - my ultimate goal is to help animals/pets and their owners, and also insects & plants, because we are all connected. 💜 Thanks for all your insight and confirmations! 💜
