Try using guided meditation to decode. I was having issues with feeling safe even though I was safe. PTSD here also. I discovered it was from trauma back when I was a child. I was able to confront how I was feeling and what happened. It was like a large weight was taken off. By recognizing it through guided meditation, I am able to heal that part of me. A good book to learn from if u have never used this technique is "Staying Well with Guided Imagery " by Belleruth Naparster.

About a year ago I knew I needed to stop and rest but I kept on going and going and things got worse and worse until , last January, I had a spinal injury that took me out of everything- work, social etc. I had to stop and slow down and accept a new way of life. By that happening I got to spend lots of time with my dog Daisy before she passed, I got to rest and I got to learn new skills that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Thank you Andi you brought some clarity to a very confusing time. And yes it is two sides of one thing. One side being the end of something that there is no way to stop that for it's close to time for this person to cross over. But while it's a ending in that I'm glad I've been doing some major shadow work all year and even though I hadn't really started dealing with this aspect, I had dealt with enough other stuff that when I got the news I've been able to start the process and find forgiveness for things and hurts that can't be undone. Even though some things hurt still I have become stronger over the years and learned to be a survivor. But the flip side of this is something I wasn't expecting and it will be a point of starting over anew give me a chance at being better off than I have ever really been. It's hard to say goodbye to a father that never really bothered to know you, it's hard to say goodbye to a father you love but there were always road blocks, but at least I have been able to forgive and admit there were mistakes I made as well. It's a shock to know in our case I will even be remembered, but it's also peaceful to know deep down things weren't as bad as they sometimes looked to show. I have said my forgiveness and apologies, it's up to him to accept them. It's up to him if he changes things again it's been done quite a few times in the past. I hope not because it will help my family and I know that sounds cold and cruel, but I no longer hide what's inside. So there is two sides to this whole situation, both are hard because what it means most happen. But all the shadow work I have been doing it's been helping me in ways unexpected and even before I got his call 18 days ago. I had already started my own form of death and rebirth letting my inner self no longer hide but instead now just silently watch everything that's happening all around, maybe not seen really but no longer hiding which I'm glad I had already gotten to that point before the call, because other wise I don't know if I could have kept breaking this cycle. Bit of an odd comment, but I've always been able to see a persons divinity - the deity from which their soul is born from. In 2019 sold a biz that I created and operated for 25 years. First 12 years were glorious. Last 10 exceedingly challenging on all levels. Being pushed to pivot but each time I’d try to sell more problems emerged that I had to shift position and stay put to keep things afloat. Finally, thrown to my bed with kidney stones and shingles, unable to do anything. No more resisting. I sold the biz and the most important element had to be balance. As a result others saw me as weak because I gave up so many “jewels”. Well much has transpired. I look back and so much becomes revealed on so many levels. I had no idea that it was all a gigantic universe of movement. Finding the center pole of my being..in the calm I connect strongly with your messages and am very grateful. 🌀🙏💕

Before watching this I woke from a dream that called me to pray similar this. There was confusion in the drama and a hopeless restlessness tired of people in general then a person watching suggested to take the feelings and pray and a circle of prayers prayed with at that time so I prayed while waking silently. I haven't known what I needed to pray for but the dream helped. It helped show me what was hurting me still and why I didn't mind keeping it around because these are people I care about. I did ask for help and guidance in backing up and speaking up when it's time.

This really hit deep!! I've pitched my tent in the campsite called lack/never enough!! My parents lived there, so it's where I started. Now i pick up my tent (myself ) and move to the campsite called Abundance where there is always more than enough!! Thank you for this, it really added to my black moon journaling last night! I had a very intense dream/premonition around 5 years ago, and I never forgot it. It was so vivid and real and had such heavy symbolism in it. I've actually used what I saw and felt in that dream as a reference and guide many times during my shadow work over the years so that message really resonates with me. Thank you!

Andie, you said "maybe something happened November 11th" i journal daily and felt so called to jump to my journal take look back. It went straight to a dream i had that night i wrote about. i continued and that entire week i had incredible downloads throughout the nights and was waking up to write them down. Thank you!! For me, the transcendent of vigilance is consciousness. The more conscious, loving and light filled we are, the more neutral we feel around the shadow. We don't have to focus on the shadow that wants to follow or create conflict. The shadow just might be transformed by our focus on the light.
