If any other citizen has tried what she did, a pit maneuver would have been performed on the vehicle attempting to flee. We would have been grabbed and restrained if we attempted to reach into the vehicle as she had, and If we had tried entering the house like she did, we would have been tackled, tazed and cuffed. She also used her office as a threat to avoid and influence the officers duties. The POlice Captain should also step down.
