This compound has an extremely unique layout with a lot of potential. It's nice to see something different. It's certainly more interesting than the cookie cutter new builds, but definitely seems best for somebody with imagination and a willingness to renovate.

I would turn that upper primary sweet into a media / game room and the guest house where the 8th bedroom was would be flipped into a music studio. totally separated from the house

Like the house and lot size. Lots of remodeling look like needs to take place. Expanded dining maybe don't need. Butler's Pantry not connected to the dining room. Sauna off the upstairs hallway. Bedroom five very nice, but there's a reason play skip the bathroom. Bedroom 6 bathroom didn't seem to have a door. For 9 bedrooms three separate buildings I hope it's more than one laundry room. A swimming pool would be nice. Will I buy the place.. yep

In certain sections on lower level it feels claustrophobic, space could’ve been better utilised. But apart from that house looks good and the courtyard’s nice.
