I'm not a fan of contemporary style of homes but I have to say, hats off to the designer and builder of this home. This LOOKS like a high end home. The layout is wonderful and the materials are top of the line and well placed. This home is a hit out of the park! Though I like homes that are very rustic like heavy POST AND BEAM, I'm Very impressed. It beautiful and worth the $ 6,000,000 price tag. You all did EVERYTHING right!

THIS is a BEAUTY!!! I could even ignore those black door hinges… 😂 The layout is amazing! Color palette is gorgeous! Privacy abounds!!! That tree line at the back of the property is IT!!! The curved wings conceal most of those large windows from neighbors’ prying eyes. Amenities! Acreage! Square Footage! Your suggestion to build a gym in that unfinished wing over the garage is a great idea!!! I would love a secondary staircase in that area as well. #ChefsKiss Viewing this home was a blessing! Such a well-planned house. Every rooms and its connected doors are just make sense. The utility room from the garage to the pool house, perfect master suite with its own dedicated laundry area and on the ground floor makes it accessible to homeowner regardless of their age, upper floor with another utility room and potential storage that can easily turn to linen closet, game room etc. PERFECT!

Beautiful home. Love almost every single touch. Surprised that the builder didn't put receptacles in all of the baseboard trim throughout and only in a few locations. I know it's hard to do so that must be the reason. Also would be nice using some soss hinges that are hiden. I think the black hinges and knobs everywhere look a little cookie cutter. Nice camera work showing the home. Beautiful home.
