It's fantastic that the place for the crew is exactly where it should always be. After all, they make every stay of guests & owner on board a very pleasant time. By housing the crew right in the middle of this yacht, they do not have to walk long distances every time and can quickly get to the places where they are needed. The crew generally spends most of the time on board. Then you give them this nice place. Kudos to every crew! It was another nice video, Nick.  Feedback

One of the pleasant notes of this boat is the crew being on the main deck. The crew, LIVE full time on these boats. Who wants to be buried in a dark recess of a yacht like rats. Treat your crew well, and they will treat you well I say. This was a generous reimagining, with no negative side effects to guests with beautiful staterooms. I was waiting for a captains captain on the upper deck, but I looked the floor plans up online and see there is a single room with the other crew cabins likely for the captain. Crew capacity is actually 5 according to the plans but could have been altered. What made this boat special was the differences. They tried some design changes and layout changes. Good for the builders. Even the fishing area was interesting. While not a fisherman myself, we have to remember that not every yacht simply tours the warmer waters and needs massive bathing platforms and beach clubs. Well done Nick.

@ I fully agree with you. I know a young man who worked on yachts when he was younger. I asked him about the rather narrow bunks they always seem to get. He said they were pretty horrible and hard to sleep on, and worse yet he snored. His bunkmate who was senior to him was constantly waking him up to be quiet. Imagine working 14 hours a day, and then sleeping in a terrible bed with no ability to get a good night’s sleep. He said it was fun for a short while and then became a pretty tough job.

Hopefully that dining table shown for eight expands to twelve. A big plus is the treatment you get in the VIP room; it has 12 pillows while the owner's room only has 10! Talk about splurging! 😁 The crew quarters look more spacious being up on the main deck. I like that.

Again, I love that Nick get's us onto such a wide range of disparate boats. This one is very interesting. Certainly not the boat for you if you want a fast, sexy, girl, but ideal for wandering off and seeing what's over the horizon. I like to see the fishing support on her. That would be a really comfortable space to just hang out, as well. I like the main deck crew areas. Makes sense, they are seperated from guests and centrally located to get to where they need to be. As a bonus, that space really separates the owner's space from the guests. I really like this boat, thanks for getting us a look at her, Nick.

Fantastic boat tour again Nick. I like this boat alot!!! Loads of space indeed. There are a few things I would change but overall its awesome! I would give the crew more space for sleeping and a bigger mess area and make some of the guest toilet/shower rooms smaller because nobody spends all their time in them. The area at the back of the boat is awesome! I would love the opportunity to do some fishing with a rod and reel standing right there on that rear platform. Nice!!!

Nick, thanks for a fine tour of a very impressive yacht. Hard to squeeze everything into a 106-footer when you want to circle the globe, but this CDM 106 manages to do it and doesn't exhibit any major compromises. Crew quarters are habitable and comfortable for long passages, and the engine spaces look first-rate. You know the storage spaces in the engine room have been well-considered when there are no storage crates jammed in aisle spaces. The only area that could be improved is the laundry -- it should be given its own room if there are 10 guests and six crew aboard for weeks at a time. Many owners might turn the two VIP cabins into one large owner cabin and thus have room for a skylounge, but that would be an easy request for CDM.

This definitely a nice yacht! Not to my taste and the only thing that popped into my head when you went inside and commented on the karate chopped pillows was Uptight pillows! 😂 while the dressing area behind the bed in the owners cabin was a interesting idea…NO from me! All that open space would drive me mad behind my head! Great idea to have the crews quarters on the main deck with kitchen and where guests may hanging out before and after a meal. It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but Mr Burnham sir for a Super Yacht Sunday it's nice to see a CdM again after a long while I approve sir 🤗 I love the look and layout of the yacht overall,but as we know on these yachts the interiors are down to the owners choices, for me the galley layout is fine but the counter tops are OTT, and as for the fishing based aft end I'd have a powered deck to launch more water toys,but that's just me. Nick curious to know, did you query that boxed in toilet in that one double cabin, I was trying to think why but at a loss very strange,any who all the best from Cornwall 🤗🖖✌️

Nick, 1st) In front of the live bait well, there's a circle that appears to open with what looks like 2 glass panels, what is it used for? 2nd) Why is there no 'marine fighting chair'? Also considered a "piece of art". 3rd) The crew space, it's very generous, considering most seem to be nothing more than closets with beds, kudos to the owners. 4th) What's the deal with the cover over the toilet, errr loo? 5th) The owners cabin is located in my 2nd favorite spot on a boat, my 1st, same deck only in the front, but with more... windows. I am, on occasions, dissatisfied with the layout on some of these super yachts. I.E. dining table sat 8 yet accommodation for 13. I did like the decor and somewhat casual feel of the vessel which suits the sport design. Just a personal observation so not for me on this one. But a good tour Nick.

CDM really makes very nice yachts, and this is no exception! But as you guide us onto many yachts I can't help to feel that CDM, or this model at least, is just half a step behind the competition..... if you take Brands like Bering, Numarine, Evadne Rock, and even the classic of classics, the Nordhavn 71 - they all seem (to me at least) to house a bit more modern solutions... also the interior is just a little bit more "classic" than the brands mentioned before.. I still think this is a very nice yacht and I could EASILY live on this for the rest of my life!! But still........ maybe owners options?

The owner is into music... I think that I saw 9 JBL sub-woofers on that yacht. As for the yacht design, it makes me wonder if NautiGuys was influenced by this yacht for their new Bering.
