FYI on the first clip: The girl that hit me was SUPER drunk. Four charges DUI, DUI with a BAC over .15 , DUI with GBI(great bodily injuries and driving on a suspended licence(lost it after her 1st DUI) She blew .24 a hour and a half AFTER the accident and claimed she only had 1 beer and claim she was parked and I ran into her. After seeing the video she changed her story and said her hitting me at over 40mph didn't cause my injuries(Broken shoulder, broken tailbone, lacerations to the neck and leg and nerve damage to 90% of upper body). After more than 2 years of them delaying and dragging it out, the DA gave up on the case and dropped the 2 main charges which would have gotten her a min 7 years. She was sentenced to 120 days, they allowed her to run the sentences of her 2nd DUI (52 days prior to hitting me) & 3rd DUI(hitting me) together so they took her into custody on Friday at 11:04AM and released her Saturday at 10:02AM. I spent more time in the hospital than she spent in jail. Our legal system suck balls and is so broken. Before you ask, she was 24, had no insurance, was working part time at a pizza joint, got pregnant (not mine) and continues to drive to this day so the only thing I got out of this was my medical bills paid by MY uninsured motorist policy. If you ride, wear you gear, it works, RIDE with a camera and FFS stay safe out there.

But after analyzing and viewing the video over and over and over in court, I noticed had I not been 8b the line, she would have hit me dead center as opposed to glancing off to the left and would have been pinned under her car with my bike.
