Thanks for your loc updates :) . I realized in the loc community there is a lack of representation on fine low density locs and I always thought my hair would loc like some people who have thick hair but your videos helped me map how my hair might be like when locking.

Hola guapa! Your locks look absolutely beautiful. I have that little guy back there too lol 😆 and it's grown so much! I honestly struggled with doing my own retightenings at the beginning but once I got hang of it I really appreciate the independence it gives, the money it saves me and the opportunity it gives me to really know what's going on on my head first hand. New Subbie Here! 💜 You have BEAUTIFUL hair! I just started my loc journey and love your content! I have never heard of loc sprinkles but it is nice to be enlightened on the many possibilities and styles. Also would love to hear more about your weight loss journey. I think it's important to share overall message of living a healthier lifestyle. You'd be amazed at how others may be inspired by you documenting your journey. What goes on internally also may reflect in your hair and often the signs are disregarded. I battle with alopecia/many physical conditions/injuries. I'm very intentional on my health and stress levels, as they would make my bald spots worse and effect my day to day life from pain or fatigue . Thank you for sharing your experience! Your locs look great!! They are setting so nicely!! Frizz is dependent on hair type. I'm almost at 3 yrs and my locs are very frizzy. A soft bristle brush gets lint out.

I started with around 540 locks and overtime I have combined a few, some mistakenly and others because of the being way too small. I have around 470 or 480 and my retightenings are done over the weekend. My first one took me 4 days. I would consider it if I were you. I love the size of your locks. I think it's ideal to give your more volume, i would not combine all of them of i were you.

Wow! ❤ I Luv your channel! Your locs are absolutely gorgeous! Patience pays off with locs because everyone has at least three (3) textures of hair on their head-no matter what race. Also, you probably noticed,as well, certain or some areas of the head hair just grows at a different rate than other areas of the head. All locs just aren’t equal. Hence, this is reason everyone’s locs are uniquely, beautiful. I’m “Always” checking the base of my locs to see if I need to re-tighten some of them because I have super fast, growth spurts and/or after my washing routine. Most of my locs have curly spirals at the ends 😅and some are loc’d perfectly. You or your loctician can close the ends of your loc spirals with a loc tool so that they can loc uniformly and remain strong and assure length while they mature. My thing is, it’s always a good idea to learn how to re-tighten your own locs because you learn what YOUR own hair needs.❤.
