Fall riffs aren't so difficult i guess, but it's very hard and amazing to create many dozens of hooky riffs! Even if You have 50 years) Probably, the reason of such great music productivity of The Fall is that Mark E. Smith often was renew the bandmembers)

I came across a Facebook marketplace listing for 550 CDs. Turns out it was an old timer in his 80s who had a few Fall albums. I would never expect an octagenarian in my city to have The Fall in their collection but he did, along with Tupac, Sun Ra, Napalm Death, Metallica and other good stuff. I bought a bunch of them.

Bloxsy does it again. Jay-bone and the Air Rifle is a fackin choon. The Fall were amazing and Mark E. Smith was a certified Manchester legend - he'd have been exactly the same person he always was even if he hadn't made it. Manchester is full of people like that (I guess all cities are, but he was the archetypal Manc alky nutter and if you've lived there, you'll know what I mean, right down to the dirty trackies and the purple tinny). Have you ever done Mudhoney? Their discography came onto my playlist the other day and forgot about their amazing riffs and tones. Could be a fun one to do.

Good, but I would have loved to see "Dead beat descendant" and Sparta FC. Or Victoria or There's a ghost in my house (i realise those are covers, but still...)
