Hi JeN!How are you doing? You're a great singer🎶.I've watched the film “ Stand By Me ” so many times.I have three versions of DVDs of the movie,with English subtitles,with Japanese subtitles,and no subtitles.Their adventures always bring me back to my childhood.The movie makes me feel as if I were making a trip with them. Let me get on to “ Question of the Day ” . I'll always stand by my wife and three children,no matter what happens.I'd like to support them all the time.And I believe my family will stand by 24/7 for me. I'm glad to see your husband,Tomo,made cameo appearances twice🙋.I definitely reckon you and Tomo stand by one another.I hope you get along with him forever! Have a good one.Ikuo from Japan.

I am so happy to read your comment and feel the love you have for your wife and kids💕. I believe that Tomo and I will stand by each other no matter what, too😉 ✨. Have a great week ☀️.

Although I haven't gotten any response to my comments lately, I'm not going to stop writing more comments. In the meantime, everyone is aware that the more videos are watched on KZbin, the more is shown to other users and the comments have a much greater effect on it. I use your very useful lessons and that's the least I can do as a token of my gratitude. And as long as I don't know what I'm accused of, I'll plead not guilty. Take care and stay safe!

Hello, I like British accent so much. Will people hate me if I speak British accent in Canada all the time?
@JeNsJyugyou

Hello Singh ☺️. I also enjoy listening to the British accent 🤗. Canada is very multicultural so I don't think anyone will hate you for having an accent of any kind 😉. I have friends who moved here from England, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand and they all still have their accents 😁.

Cases are backing up. I've got some cases backing up. We are all a little backed up. What does this mean please (back up)
@JeNsJyugyou
@JeNsJyugyou 2 жыл бұрын
Hello Ahmed 🤗. 'Backed up' is also a great phrasal verb which has several meanings. In the situations you've written it is usually used as an adjective and it means that something has accumulated and increased. If someone directly says that they are backed up, it means that they are really busy and have too much work to do because their work just continued to build up. I hope that helps ✨

Hi Joseph ✨. Thanks for your comment. Phrasal verbs are definitely more advanced than greetings in English, so don't worry if this lesson was a bit overwhelming. Actually, I've made a video about how to say hello in English: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i2HQo6GtbMp7ick 🤗. I hope you'll find that lesson helpful. I also have a lesson about how to continue conversations in English, which you might find useful as well: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nnKtoqqbe8p7qsk 😁
