Well done Liam! Thanks to your letter I felt the need to talk about my 12 year old daughter’s letter regarding NDIS housing. At school they had to write a letter to any minister they like. She chose Mr Bill Shorten. The NDIS minister. Why? Because Alia my daughter is fed up with all the housing crisis that Pauline Hanson spoke about in one of her latest videos. I am confined to a wheelchair due to an accident. I am not able to work due to health issues. My husband works full time and we have two kids including Alia. We are currently renting a house that is not wheelchair accessible. We have applied twice and got rejected twice. Why? Because apparently my wheelchair is not the right one. As if I can get a magic wheelchair and solve magically the lack of wheelchair access. Ridiculous right? So my daughter got fed up and wrote a letter to Mr Bill Shorten.. to express her frustration and disappointment. Thank you Alia and Liam ! Don’t stop speaking up you do the right thing.
