Is there an extra cost to this? Does this event only cost the price of a one day disneyland ticket? What if I buy a 3 day park hopper? Is the 24 hr day a blackout day for park hopper use? Ive been looking everywhere for the answer to this. Someone please reply.

Here's a good idea: Why not let them all (from Mickey & Minnie to Anna & Elsa) play with Bandai JP's DX roleplay toys (Be it Kamen Rider, Super Sentai & Ultraman from past to present) and see if they all get a good kick out of them. ;p Yeah, I'm just being silly, but in a goodhearted sort of way.
