We don't use RB engine for anything here. It's either TB48, 1FZ or 2JZ for swaps. But for Nissan patrol it's tb48 only. 4.8 displacement with fully built engine and good size turbo 1000 to the wheel easily and better yet daily use.

@@carboi8772 They are 5 speed manual from memory I havent driven a GU Patrol for over 10yrs i have a 1986 160 Patrol with a Holden 5L V8 and Chevy TH700R4 transmission be best to look up the Aussie spec GU Patrol on Google we have heaps of them in wagon and ute models and no SWB was sold in Australia.

actually this car isnt only used for speeds also for drifting also car wont overheat too fast because they use some thing that helps cool the engine for a long time to smoke anyone else some use nitrogen not too much though unless your going crazy speeds also it would getaway from the police pretty quick unless the police use one of there own super cars then you will kinda be in trouble

Very Cool. I guess you and I have two different ideas of wait a sleeper car is. When it is at an idle and can wake the neighborhood. It is not a sleeper. One of the best sleeper SUVs I have seen is a highly internally modified TDI V10 Toureg with propane injection from Germany. Sounded and look normal. These Germans were on an American Road Trip. I forget the exact numbers, but remember it was just under 1000hp and mid 1000s on torque. My friend had a Supra in the 800hp range and it killed us. That was about 6 years ago.

If I had that much power in my patrol I can honestly say I would have accidentally killed myself by now. The live axle at the front rear wheel drive, low weight on the back, high ground clearance, high centre of gravity and massive amount of unstrung weight from the live axles makes it a bit of a monster to handle on the road. Still impressed by this, anyone know if that's a built TB48?
